I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the EMCC, this accreditation provides you with the security and reassurance of competence and professionalism. I am the current EMCC UK Director of Coaching, within the Centre for Excellence. This means that I am at the forefront of coaching and mentoring in the industry and have the pleasure of working with some of the most prominent thought leaders in our field.

With over 20 years of coaching and mentoring and leadership experience I have delivered leadership programmes and culture change in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

I have a belief in people’s ability to develop, grow and learn through the coaching process. My approach is one which provides a safe container enabling the development of deep exploration, I believe people have the power to thrive given the right conditions. I support organisational growth through inviting leaders to focus on the now, have the courage to grapple with discomfort and embrace their ability to be brilliant. I enable them to find their authentic self and inner wisdom; building resilience to deal with the more difficult or sensitive situations with empathy.
